A Lovely Day Out

Well it has been a crazy 2 weeks... Gabe I have realized is the bigger adventurer I believe I know.. Which I try not to discourage that, but it scares me just the same. For the reason that out here in the country there is SOOOOO much that he could get hurt on. Of course there is a lot that he gets to explore and and have fun with... Doesn't make it any more scarier for his mom though... Like most mom's I have an over active mind. I always think of the worst. The horse stomped on him, he feel in the water tank and is hurt really bad... Ya know stuff like that. Today we went to Sturgis today with the grandparents. Good day, kinda chilly lil windy and lookin like it was gunna rain.. Wish it would have, wish my brat was a lil less crabby, but it was a good day.. G-ma bought Gabe a Bop Bag... The toy (for those who don't know!) that when ya hit it, it falls over and then stands back up.. GABE LOVED THIS TOY!!! As G-ma suspected. Again I should never doubt G-ma. I have learned this fact... Just don't think she needs to spend her hard earned money on my spoiled brat.. (Yes, I know that is a grandparents job.) But I have one of these Bop Bags packed somewhere.. That I could of found, I'm sure... She also bought "lil no name" the cutest lil snow suit. It has baby Taz on it. For those of u who don't know I LOVE TAZ!!! Whenever I see Taz stuff (exspecially baby Taz...) I have to buy it... Or at least whine and complain until I get it... LOL... Anyway, Thanks to the grandparents for lettin us tag along with them to town.

Nothing New Just Rambling

Don't have anything to report.. But for the last week or so Dad and I have been tryin to figure out why in the world the blog wont post pics that we pick from the comp.. So I thought I would jump on today and try it out.. See what I could figure out... Which for all the people who know me, that isn't much... Lol...
As u can see from the pictures that I could get on here.. Gabe is up to makin a mess again... Grandma was makin homemade bread and ofcoures whenever Grandma is in the kitchen cookin or bakin something Gabe has to be right there "helpin" her... I should of taken a pic of Grandma cuz the front of Grandma just might of had just as much flour on her as Gabe did.. Well until next time... Have a Great Day all...

A Day Out!

Today Myself, the Lil Monster, and the Grandparents (we'll just call them the "SPOILERS") went into Sturgis today. Grandpa was goin in to the doctor to see about a nasty virus thingy that he has, and to see about his contacts cuz he's just not gettin along to well w/ em.. They're suppose to make him see a LOT better and they're not doin they're job so he went in.. I and the Lil Monster tagged along so I could buy him some new shoes as his toes are startin to push through the tops of the old ones.. (I've said it before and I'll say it again.. He has his fathers feet..LOL) I made Grandma join us in this adventure.. The Grandparents have decided to buy Gabe some snow boots and snow pants for the same very reason I call them the "Spoilers" .. "just cuz he needs em" they keep tellin me... Alright, I caved on that.. I suppose they may be right.... So They pick out these boots... (pretty cute I might add) I being on a mission of findin a new pair of shoes for him that I'm hopin he wont out grow in a month. I cruize on over to the boy shoe section of the store w/ Grandma... Now keep in mind... Gabe is a normal 2 yr old that if he doesn't get his nap, he gets rather cranky (again he gets this from his father!) Grandma and I are lookin at all these shoes that should fit his clod hoppin foot... Since he is cranky and in real bad need of a nap... He wont let us take off his old shoe to try on any of the new ones... Every single shoe that we offer him, weather it had lights or a cool dumptruck, train or spiderman on it, he says "No, It's too small"... Annoyed at this point... And Grandma must of noticed the fustration takin over, tries to take him off to go and find some cool toy ,"THE SPOILERS"!!!... I guess so I can calm down and focus on the mission at hand.... I almost had Gabe talked into a pair that was kinda cool... I thought maybe he would let me try the shoe on, but I was sadly mistaken... He threw a fit cuz I was gunna take off his shoe and try on the a cool one that lit up... Seein that I was gettin nowhere I finally took Gradma's advice and picked out a pair that I liked... After that we go off to find Grandpa... Rememberin that I need to also buy the lil Monster some underwear I go off to that section and grab his undies.... I get up by the registers and realize that I, ofcourse grabed the wrong size of underwear, "Damn I said, I have to go back and get a different size", Grandma had Gabe, so I cook on back to the undies section and grab the right size and head back.. In this time ofcourse, Grandma had met up w/ Grandpa and they're checkin out... Bought and paid for his shoes that was my mission amounst other things that Gabe didn't need I am sure... Well when we got home he saw his new shoes and said "Oooh look what u bought me", and wanted to try them on...(At this time he was ohhh about 2 hours late for tryin on the shoes when we wanted him to...) Not wantin to discourage him from his new shoes anymore then what I may have done, I let him try them on... He gets on these cool new shoes and starts cryin cuz he didn't want to wear the new shoes.... Wow!!!! Ya, I can't wait until he's a teenager.. THAT'S gunna be A LOT of fun!!!! The more and more I am around Grandma and Grandpa I have realized how much patients(sp) they have w/ Gabe then I do.. Ofcourse they would have more as they have raised 3 boys pretty much like my son.. Man, do I feel sorry for them....lol... Grandma, no matter what she says, can tallerate more of Gabe 'n her own kids then I could ever imagine doing... Perhaps I should sit down and take notes.. Still don't think that I can do it... I'm just to fat to get up and run after a lil monster kid like Gabe..... And soon I'll have two... YICKS!!!!!!
When Grandma and I "discussed" her buyin the shoes and me tellin her NO she didn't need to do that, lil did I realize that when she said that "she was gunna buy em" she wasn't askin, she was tellin me.. Hence "The Spoilers".... As I sit here I realize you just can't win.. When dealin w/ Grandparents when they want to buy them or you something they're gunna do it weather u like it or not... Might as well just say alright and then Thank em for it... Go w/ the flow as they say..... Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for everything you spoiled us with today....... We appriciate it...
